We are looking for a full time Social Media Assistant who is able to handle multiple social media accounts across different channels. Creative skills, excellent communication and graphic photoshop knowledge is a must! Develop creative and engaging social media strategies Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels Create graphic and engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms, for both posts and stories Assist with planning and scheduling posts Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance monthly Analyse competitor activity Recommend improvements to increase account performance Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement Work on revisions based on client approval Requirements .
Proven work experience of social media account management .
Hands on experience in content management .
Good knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram. .
Excellent verbal and written communications skills require .
Graphic design skills and knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator is a must. .
You must be available full time .
