Supervise the Outlet Kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the Restaurant’s SOPs and standardized menu guidelines. Must have expertise in Lebanese cuisine Monitor regular standards of production to ensure highest level of quality. Great management and communication skills. Ensure HACCP standards are implemented and follow the appropriate hygiene standards as per Municipality requirements at all times. Must have in UAE and willing to relocate. Salary will be discussed in interview.
