Accounts Assistant (female)

Looking for a properly Philipino lady Accountant, who is confident in doing accounts upto finalization independently. Has minimum 2 years working experience in UAE. Has complete working knowledge. Purpose: The purpose of this role is to provide some minor accounting work involving POS, accounting software entries, and stock-related work to M. Glory Holding. Responsibilities:

1. Daily Sales Entries

2. Purchases and Payment Entries into the right chart of accounts.

3. Manage stock system through Quick Book, Purchase orders, receive bills, stock count, adjustments & transfers.

4. Receive and prepare stock orders.

5. Physical stock count if require.

6. Check daily accounts & make sure they have been checked out correctly.
