Xtend Technologies is looking for a full time Business Development Manager to be part of our Sales & Marketing team. The primary responsibilities for this position would be as follows:
* Identify leads & sales opportunities to develop business
*Channel Management (Distributor/Dealers) to improve productivity
*Build brand image in the market through promotional strategy
*Responsible for the achievement of the customer acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned area.
*Team management to improve productivity and sales capabilities
*Develop excellent relationship with existing clients and ability to get new clients
*Meet with business targets on monthly basis and ensure a steady booking of orders throughout the year
*Will be responsible for overall efficiency and performance of the sales team
*To understand the different segments and match customer requirements with the suite of products in the organisation
Desired Candidate Profile Location :
All GCC Countries *Prior experience in sales of EPABX/Voice Loggers/IVR , IT- Telecom industry - GPS, CCTV, Security System, Bio-metrics, Preferred *Good marketing skills with excellent verbal communication in English *Should be confident, self-motivated and target-oriented with positive attitude *Ability to communicate and relate well with others from a variety of backgrounds and levels *Proficiency in computer systems and software required *Should be willing to travel as per requirements *Must have valid UAE driving license
Full Time
