Office Assistant

We are environmental cleaning company in Abu Dhabi looking for a female office assistant, preferred with 3-5 years of proven experience in cleaning or maintenance company. You should have good communication, interpersonal and excellent computer skills. You should perform all clerical tasks including preparing quotations, drafting emails, scheduling the work for various cleaning teams, etc. Arrange monthly schedule for clients periodical due visits with accurate date using computer tracking system.
