Telesales Representative cum Agent Assistant

Real Estate and Finance brokerage looking for a well-spoken and experienced Telesales Representative cum Agent Assistant to be responsible for soliciting Sales and Properties Listings over the telephone. To be considered for the position you MUST: - Strong telephonic and emails skills. Gather sales and properties listings lead generation opportunities through outbound call, cold call, emails presentations, networking, and social media for stronger potential database. -You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. - Should have a min of 2 Years telesales experience (outbound calling and Cold Calling) in UAE and preferred real estate background. - A Minimum over 100 calls in a day to get properties listings and potential buyers for multi options of ready or off plan properties. - Achieve sales targets and facilitate future sales. - Offering the clients other services such as Mortgage loans and other financial services. - Should be assertive, ethical with a passion for sales and excellent customer service - Fluent in English and Urdu, Arabic will be an advantage. - Should have excellent communication and negotiations skills. We are offering basic salary plus commission Preferred People with Own Visa in UAE Only Candidates with Telesales experience and can sell properties can apply for this position, other experiences will be ignored.
