Job Description :
Responsible for cleaning, filing, trimming, shaping, and applying nail polish to a client's nails.

Responsibilities :
1. Clean, trim, and paint nails in a nail salon or spa.
2. Use emery boards, clippers, and scissors to file, trim, and shape nails into requested shape.
3. Perform initial consultation to ascertain client's wants and needs.

Qualification :
1. must complete a state-approved cosmetology or nail technician program and then pass a state exam for licensure
2. at least 16 years old and have a high school diploma or the equivalent
3. must understand general business principles
