Job Purpose and Scope: Visualizer-Cad Operator, with experience in Interior Design Mainly to work in Egypt Office to work for UAE projects 3D Visualizer / Specialist. 3D visualizers bring the Designer/architects ideas to life Key Responsibilities / Duties Functional Role: •Create and present interior design CGIs as per Designers Requirements & guidance. •Develop Design Drawings in 2D for all design stages & Disciplines coordination design Drawings. •Listening effectively, to understand what is required, asking questions where relevant •Reporting work progress as per Designers & Lead requests. •Produce high quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations. •Taking plans, Interior Design & architectural illustrations and other reference materials and using these to produce photo-realistic 3D images or animations of proposed buildings and developments •Enhance and beautify the design of the Rendering in 3D StudioMax by adding special effects and 3D graphics using Photoshop or other soft wares. add post-production in Photoshop (Applying montages) •Propose secondary options of the concept in coordination with Architects and interior designers when required. •Assist Interior Designer in space planning and design details. •Construct 3D visuals for presentation by Modelling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications •Create 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real - life objects using special rendering software .Photographing physical 3D models for use in producing 2D visualizations •Visualize the finished product at the highest quality. •Create interactive presentations independently, when requested •Produce outstanding 2D illustrations for competition and client presentations •Proactive, confident and engaged. •Responding quickly, effectively and with good grace to direction from their seniors. •Engaging in constructive interaction with colleagues. Excellent calendar management skills.  Preferred Experience  PVG-ID is looking for a Visualizer & CAD Operator to join their in-house design team. The 3D Artist-  Visualizer will work directly with the Visual Communications Associate on the production of high quality atmospheric images and illustrations; collaborating with the graphic, architectural and competition teams to achieve evocative painterly style visualizations to a presentation standard whilst working to fixed deadlines. Producing Visualizations is the main element of the role but it also includes: 1.Illustrations 2.Photography and photomontage 3.Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Photoshop and VRaylCorona is essential. 4.Knowledge of Revit - Enscape 13D Microstation desirable.
