Production Lead Needed Urgently !! Job Purpose And Scope : Production Lead shall cover all the responsibility of fit-out design check and review and production of all design items at the workshop until QA/QC, Packing and delivering to ware house or site. Organizational Relationships : Reporting to : ID Division Head . Key Responsibilities : • Reporting to the ID Division Head you will be responsible for leading the whole production process of interior joinery projects for customers. Showroom & projects. • Managing a team of 30+ staff primarily carpenters. Painters, Upholsters. Gypsum other in addition to warehouse staff. engineers in the manufacturing process. • Responsible for taking a design order process through to completion • Duties include production planning in coordination of Projects Leads and Planners scheduling. quality assurance and Health & Safety, • Contribute upon request in client facing and providing a technical solution In the pre-sales process with other Management colleagues • Attend meeting when requested by the Line manager with design team & for customers & stakeholders on the projects • Contributing in management of a pricing/ budget & Project P&L Sourcing new project materials from suppliers & other activities under the guidelines of the management and as per organization policy Workflow Chart • Recruitment. training , and motivation of a large team • Responsible for Inventory Updates & Logistics • Ware House Activity control • Coordinate Delivery management &. Organization with Warehouse Manager / lead • Responsible for the quality assurance and quality Control of Production Preferred Skills and Qualification. : • The deal candidate must be a self starter , Capable of leading team or workers and implementers • process and communicate strong Technical knowledge in joinery and construction of various types of fit out projects • Strong people management experience and the ability to direct large workforce through Supervisors and hands on approach " • Good all round following guidelines and coordination On financial management & budgeting &Planning • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multicultural team with Team player mentality Preferred Experience : - Must have minimum of 10 years similar experience in the management of joinery manufacturing industry, Specializing in interiors / Retails store design / Hotel interiors process, etc Preferred a degree if industry recognized qualification in engineering / Joinery / Architecture / Construction
