We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Head of Sales to join the team at our Premier Inn Hotel Regional Office in Dubai.

What is the purpose of the job?


We are looking for a high-performing Head of Sales. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.


Head of Sales responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Head of Sales duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.


Main responsibilities include:


Responsible for the performance of all managed segments (Leisure, Corporate, Groups and Contracted) across all PI Middle East properties

Develop sales plan and ensure that all team members maintain and develop customers in the region or industry they are responsible for according to the plan, understanding customer needs through telephone sales, face to face visits and other forms.

Re-evaluate, design, develop, implement, monitor, manage and adjust the hotel sales process, sales operations and best practices.

Monitor the output value of sales and adjust sales actions according to market changes.

Organize travel schedules and manage travel expenses to optimize sales force.

Build relationships with TMC, DMC, travel agents, companies and hotel team members

Personally manage and maintain key accounts.

Ensure that the Sales team effectively complete quotations, send contracts to customers and follow

up promptly, inviting customers to visit the hotel.

Proactively collect market and industry information directly or through other members of the Sales team, capturing business opportunities and ultimately converting to business confirmations.

Understand and be familiar with all product information of competitors, including key customers and their output, hotel rooms and feedback promptly to the Regional Commercial Director

Organize regular meetings to ensure effective communication between the Sales team and the hotel Operations team.

Regularly analyze customer output and source market structure, anticipate market trends and design products and channels in advance to seize business opportunities.

Proven sales leadership experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Previous experience as a cluster sales manager or head of sales

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Proven ability to position products against competitors

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
