Head of Projects - Residential Solar

Maintaining and monitoring project lists, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Projects pace control and facilitation

Utilize SAP & Zoho Projects for multi-project monitoring and track keeping

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Ensuring project deadlines are met

Providing administrative support as needed.

Undertaking project tasks as required.

Developing project strategies.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Schedule to be prepared and monitor the progress

Coordinate with the installation team on Daily weekly task

Client meeting and presenting progress.

Requirements

Expectations -

Minimum of 5-year Project Management Experience

Proficient Project Budget Management

UAE Driving license and Vehicle

Proficiency in using SAP/Zoho Projects, Gantt Charts, MS Office

Fluent English

Professional Client Communication

High-level of organization & time-management

Optional/preferential -

Arabic speaking

Existing Solar Projects Management experience
