Sales and Estimation Engineer - Solar

Maintaining and monitoring project lists, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Ability to learn, understand and apply Solar skills to the projects.

Selection of products from different manufacturers and using the appropriate product as per the project requirements

Preparing quotations and submittals

Follow up with client/contractor and update the status of the project on a weekly basis

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.

Ensuring project deadlines are met

Providing administrative support as needed.

Undertaking project tasks as required.

Developing project strategies.

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.

Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.

Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.

Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective

Schedule to be prepared and monitor the progress

Coordinate with the subcontractor on Daily weekly task

Client meeting and presenting progress.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical or Eq.)

1-3 Years experience (Fresher also welcome)

Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowePowerPoint Outlook.

Software Knowledge Autocad /MS Projects/ Dailux will have preference

UAE Driving License + Vehicle will have preference (not mandatory)
