Inside Sales Manager - Logistics/Freight Forwarding

A new role has come with a well-known logistics company in Dubai. Our client is looking for an Inside Sales Manager with the following responsibilities:

Develop and lead the inside sales team to efficiently execute all sales support and tele sales activities.

Responsible for quotes and commercial offers to the customers.

Responsible for the follow up with customers post onboarding.

Liaising with internal departments, company s offices and external logistics partners for opportunity development.

Lead acquisition of new SME customers for logistics services including freight, warehousing, customs brokerage etc.

Ensures CRM tools are updated on time with excellent quality.

Assist in system updates, firefighting, manage cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

A bachelor s degree holder

With minimum 5 years of work experience in freight forwarding /logistics

Must have managerial experience

Must have worked in the UAE market
