Our client is a fast-growing beverage MNC within the Middle East and is looking to hire for the position of Sales Head for their MENA operations.
Reporting to the Managing Director, within this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving the commercial strategy and growth of the organization. This will involve activities relating to marketing, sales, product development and customer service to drive business growth and market share with a primary focus on ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization.
Requirements
An ideal candidate must possess:
- Bachelors / Masters Degree
- Minimum of 5 years Commercial Management experience in the F&B industry
- Strong HORECA and Food Service experience along with decent experience in Retail & eCommerce
- Must be an inspirational leader
- Excellent commercial astute
