Shift Guide Fitter_KAZ-TJ-SGA-2209-S3

General Summary

To assemble guides and associated spares for mill production to ensure trouble free rolling. To maintain and overhaul guides, QTB and QTR Equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities)

• To assemble mill guides as per the running sizes in the mills.
  
• Keeping ready the spare guides for the next size to be rolled as per rolling plan
  
• To maintain and overhaul the QTB & QTR Equipment.
  
• Assist the stand fitters, to make the stands ready with all guide equipment.
  
• To assist the block fitters as when required.
  
• To adhere to the company Quality and Environment policy.
  

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

• To work on the other areas as instructed by the Supervisor
  

Previous Experience/exposure Recommendations(Nice to have)

• Minimum 4 years in modern long product mills roll shop in guides preparation and assembly.
  

Minimum Education Qualifications(Must Haves) Any preferred professional training(Nice to have)

• TechnicalHigh School
  

• Training on modern mill guides.
  

• Experience in optical setting of guides
