Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading businesses in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an experienced FM Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and management of the facilities management service provision for educational facilities, ensuring that educational facilities are of sufficient quality to meet health and safety regulations and operational requirements, as well as the needs of teachers, students and wider education community
- Assist in planning and managing the ongoing process of selecting and managing service providers, in particular the selection of cleaning, security, maintenance and facilities management companies to support educational facilities in meeting their operational requirements, paying attention to their ability to comply with health and safety standards.
- Manage and provide support to Charter schools including management of facility related queries, works, projects (eg. Maintenance) and all facilities management activities related to management of the asset and facilities.
- Establish and manage relationships with external service providers, operators, government and non-government entitites, review the cost benefit analysis of different providers/services, assessing their services against specific educational facility needs, SOW, SLA & KPI/Contract and share the outcomes with the Section Manager.
- Work with educational facilities and stakeholders in developing and maintaining programs for scheduling maintenance and facilities management services of facilities assets, equipment, encompassing buildings, property grounds, security, cleaning and most importantly health and safety standards.
- Manage the Facility Management of Assets that are not handed over to MoE or other Partners/Service Providers.
- Provide reports for the programmed/un programmed maintenance, cleaning and other
required facilities management services of educational institutes and conduct periodic assessment reviews for improvements.
- Support all emergency and unforeseen action to repair damage to educational institutes facilities and assets.

- 10+ years of overall experience in facilities management
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and calm under pressure with the ability to manage changing priorities
- Must have a flexible approach with an ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Strong training skills and experience.
