Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager. He/ She would be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a restaurant including customer service, scheduling, day-to-day operations, cashiering, loss prevention, maintenance, and back-office support, in accordance with Company policy.

Primary Responsibilities But Not Limited To:

Be the face of the restaurant and welcome the guests

Handle guests queries, complaints, comments and deal them in absolute professional manner

Maintaining safety and food quality standards

Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste

Maintain an orderly & tidy outlet during operation, controlling the music, lights & noise level

Coordinate between beverage & kitchen to ensure smooth flow of service

Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the restaurant as appropriate and be able to prioritize the required level of engagement in both areas depending on business volumes and other related parameter

Enforce and monitor that all operational standards, as per our policies, SOP and quality measures are in place at all times

Supervising daily shift operations

Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy

Training staff to follow restaurant procedures

Direct reporting to the Group CEO/ Owner

Assume additional duties as required

Key Requirements

Degree or Higher National Diploma in Hotel / Business Management plus Finance/ Daily Accounts know-how.

Total 7 years experience as a restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high-end independent restaurant, F&B, Hospitality Industry

Minimum of 3 years experience as an assistant or manager position in a restaurant environment preferably with UAE experience.

Knowledge and experience with PAN Asian cuisine is preferable

Experience from an east asian culture who would understand DOKO concept and east asian food (Philippines, Myanmar,Indonesian, etc)

Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus

Age Group: 30 - 40 years Max.

Available in UAE and ready to start IMMEDIATELY
