Responsibilities:
• Responsible for management, development and reviewing the onsite team.
• Responsible for assisting with the deployment of staff to site from TG accommodation, ensuring lateness & UA are within agreed metrics.
• Ensure all staff members are well presented at all times, including uniforms, general appearance, passes visible
• Support the Operations Manager on a day to day basis as and when required.
• Coordinating with the client as and when required ensuring all requests are adhered too within the agreed satisfactory time limit.
• Assist in the administration of staff attendance.
• Assist with monthly rostering i.e: replacement of resigned staff, new arrivals, staff on Leave.
• Ensure that all contract ‘scope of works’ are adhered too at all times.
• Ensures that sickness, absence and holidays are reported in line with company procedures.
• Ensure that expected standards are adhered to at all times
• Ensure staff are working as a team.
• Meet customer and client expectation at all times, with an aim to exceed customer and client expectations.
• Handle customer feedback quickly and effectively, in a positive manner.
• Encourage client feedback, and report to Operations Manager any client feedback to able him to avoid or discipline the staff.
