Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Supports Sales team in processing orders and reaching monthly target
• Manage the entirety of the order process including returns to ensure a smooth customer transition
• Verifies purchase orders received from customer by checking the unit price and inventory
• Processes orders received from customers in SAP and ensure all orders are input accurately and correctly
• Ensures on time delivery by coordinating with the warehouse team regarding delivery schedules and appointments
• Maintains records of prices, daily inventory and other data related to each order
• Maintains an order tracker and ensures that the same is updated on a daily basis
• Process the release of samples/testers to the clients/production team and ensuring that samples are released as per the Tester guidelines.
• Responds immediately to customer inquiries and provides positive, courteous service to customers
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders, follow up on approval and ensures the on-time release of the same to vendors
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to: - typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing of administrative documents
• Assists in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects as and when appropriate Self-Management:
• Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
