Foreman Sr Welder

Responsibilities:
• Review Dimension Control / Fit up inspections reports and guide the team for necessary proceedings to give the best fit for welding.
• Liaise with department planning section for Productivity measurements as applicable
• Ensure that welding supervision are fully in compliance with the ITP and WT requirement, Welding consumable procedure and equipment in use are validated.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
• Develop / review manpower request and target report prepared by foreman.
• Maintain Project file up-to-date as directed with all supporting documents.
• Meeting all responsibilities as outlined in the DDW OHSMS
• Develop & review project risk analysis
• Attend training for activity required by the department.
• Ensure that all welding supervision are complying with DDWD ISO 3834- 2 manual annex 1 procedure.
• STOP the task if you feel yourself or others may be harmed
• Read specifications, work list and pre-planning job (Sequence of job, manpower, equipment).
• Provide work done reports and descriptions to Invoicers / Estimators.
• Train, motivate, appraise and provide feedback on training requirements to uplift the skill of subordinates
