Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our Client is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing amd managing marketing programs, supporting businessobjectives, leading acquisition, fostering customer retention, executing business development, providing sales support and launch of new projects.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns and strategies across the prospect and customer lifecycle
- Develop creative briefs, work with and guide the creative team to meet objectives for all advertising and communications
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points
- Establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with stakeholders and external agencies and vendors
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar
- Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, business, or related field
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
