Responsibilities:
• Loading and unloading companyproducts.
• Assisting drivers to find deliverylocations.
• Compiling accurate delivery recordsand reports.
• Reporting all delivery-relatedproblems to senior staff.
• Effectivelycommunicating with clients and customers to resolvecomplaints.
• Liaising with the main office orthe warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes todaily routes.
• Assisting with the unloading ofthe delivery vehicle at the end of each shift.
• Obtaining clients' and customers'signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the deliveredproducts.
• Ensuring that all safety policiesand procedures are adhered to.
