The Role:

ITP Media Group is looking for an ambitious and talented Conference Producer.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience working in a similar role with extensive experience in major conferences.
  
• Solid understanding of local and regional business trends and a contacts book packed with C-suite executives, officials and investors.
  
• Interacting and communicating with government, private sector, and international industry organizations at highest level.
  
• Responsible for producing 6 8 conferences annually in diverse industries.
  
• Conducting industry research to identify and produce relevant conference program content.
  
• Conducting research to identify appropriate and senior level conference speakers.
  
• Inviting and confirming appropriate speakers
  
• Liaising with sponsorship and exhibition sales.
  
• Event administration and speaker management.
  
• On the day event management.
  
• The right candidate will have degree-level education from a reputable university.
  
• Great business acumen, as well as an understanding of the Gulf markets, are essential.
