Experienced Data Protection Project Manager to coordinate the implementation of a programme of compliance for the UAE and KSA Data Protection Regulation ("Data Protection")
Responsibilities:
Drive the delivery of the Data Protection project
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan within 3 main phases: 1/ Mapping & Gap Analysis 2/ Framework Development 3/ Programme Roll-out & Implementation.
Work with the Ethics and Compliance Department and with the relevant business owners to drive the project delivery.
Lead cross-functional business teams; allocating and monitoring tasks to ensure effective and timely delivery of the Data Protection Programme.
Ensure internal and external stakeholders deliver their requirements for the Data Protection project on time.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, business, law, administration or a related field.
- 5-8 years of project management and related experience.
- Candidate should be locally available
- It would be preferable if the candidate is already sponsored by a relative where employment visa is not required
