Responsibilities:
• Oversee the manufacturing operations of the factory
• Accountable for the manufacturing, planning, process and productivity of the operations.
• Manage the entire supply chain function
• Strive for continuous improvement in the manufacturing unit
• Ensure that Quality standards and procedures are met
• Lead the ISO certification for the site
• Address customer and vendor complaints
• Be accountable for the safety program & performance within the organisation.
• Ensure that both the group and local HSE procedures are met.
• Building facilities and site maintenance
