Line Quality Controller

1. Quality checking of the compliance of raw materials against specification. Consolidates all rejected materials (incoming and on-line rejection).

2. Monitors the quality of raw materials through specified frequency of analysis using calibrated and validated equipment as approved by the company.

3. Performs analytical testing as required to determine compliance of raw materials against specification.

4. Ensure that tests on raw, in-process and product samples are completed accurately and in a timely manner with a customer service expectation at the highest level (i.e., Quick sample turn-around time).

5. Maintains performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.

6. Leads supports and participates in performing root-cause analysis and other problem-solving activities to identify effective corrective actions and process improvement.

7. Communicate with supplier concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.

8. Liaises the issues regarding quality standards to relevant authority to ensure that quality standards are followed.

9. Prepare and assist for internal and external audit, supplier audit, closing out audit findings, creating audit finding reports and determining proper corrective and preventive actions.

10. Responsible for issuing, reporting, following-up, and ensuring that corrective action takes place for all non-conformance.

11. Maintains record of inspections and other documents for future reference.

12. Maintain good safety and housekeeping practices throughout assigned area of responsibility.

13. Assist team leaders and supervisors for all QC related needs.

14. Perform task as assigned by the Management in addition to the Quality functions.

15. Reports and communicates all quality related issues on problem identification, resolution and continual improvement.
