Job responsibilities:
1. Communicated with the department about recruitment needs and took charge of recruitment according to the company's recruitment plan;
2. Select and maintain recruitment channels, expand new recruitment channels, publish recruitment advertisements and attend various recruitment fairs;
3. Organize and arrange interviews, and conduct preliminary human resource tests;
4. Conduct salary negotiation, arrange candidates for entry, and arrange medical examination;
5. After entering the company, the candidate shall communicate with the employees during the probation period;
6. Handle relevant procedures in labor relations (registration, formal transfer, resignation);
7. Other tasks assigned by the leader.
1. College degree or above, major in human resources, administration, English, etc.
2. At least one year working experience in hr or related field;
3.Familiar with office software; Familiar with hr system, labor contract law and related hr policies and regulations is preferred;
4. Strong sense of responsibility, dedication, excellent communication skills, patience, carefulness, and rigorous logical thinking ability.
