Financial Due Diligence

Responsibility:
• Managing teams through the analysis of financial and non-financialbusiness information.
• Identifying andunderstanding key drivers of a business and potential deal breakers(financial and non-financial).
• Writing andreviewing financial due diligence (buy-side, sell-side orrefinancing) reports for our corporate, banking and private equityclients.
• Sharing your experience anddeveloping other team members through the deal process.
• Understanding the processes in due diligence workincluding dealing with risk management processes andprocedures.
• Interacting with senior levelsof Management, and exposure to business owners to understand areassuch as historical and projected business performance, widercommercial issues, etc.
• Developing internaland external networks, and adopting a business developmentmindset.
• Travel may be required, which isdependent upon the client/ target'slocation.
