Develop and deliver annual online brand P&L budget and commercial / trading plan formulation
• Lead the implementation of new business strategies and new partner relationships to increase the reach of the brands online
• Analyze web metrics and make recommendations to improve website performance including new ways to drive website traffic and revenue opportunities.
• Execute product strategy based on strategic objectives, customer needs and Brand M&As.
• Design, test and manage customer facing digital products to execute the vision of taking customer interaction to a new level, across multiple platforms
• Plan and execute large scale CX/UX development/improvement projects in coordination with external service providers

Required Skills to be successful:
• Knowledge of CRM and ability to implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of web analytics
• Knowledge and ability to design, develop, and support web applications
• Knowledge of business development tools, techniques and approaches
• Knowledge of display marketing concepts, formats and tac cs; ability to develop and implement display advertising strategies and operations within the marketplace
• SME in E-Commerce and SEO
