HR Project Expert

Responsibility:

• Develop project plan in consultation with Shared Services management for the Projects and keeping it updated
• Take responsibility for the project activities and track, monitor and report progress against plan
• Ensure delivery of the activities of the project plan in a timely manner.
• Highlight concerns and issues to the Shared Services Management on risk to delivery of projects in a proactive and timely manner and assist with putting mitigation steps in place
• Develop process and LWIs in consultation with Shared Services management and other stakeholders for the delivery of the projects
• Responsible for data management ( developing templates, data collection, validation, upload) for the projects
