Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or similar preferred.

Previous experience in sales, shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehousing will be advantageous.

At least two years experience as a logistics sales executive, or similar.

Proficiency in logistics management software, such asDubai Trade and Calogi.

Great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Superb organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent leadership and collaboration capabilities.

Position 3PL Asst Warehouse Supervisor (Indian) Location - Dubai Experience 2 to 4 years Nationality Indian Gender - Male Salary: Upto AED 4500 will be provided based on experience and caliber Round trip tickets will be provided to hometown for vacation Paid Annual leave as per land of law Accommodation & Transportation Health Insurance Requirements: o Graduate o 2+ work experience in an Asst. WH Supervisor role. o Warehousing, logistics industry experience is required. o Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. o Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Excellent documentation, communication and IT skills. Prime Responsibilities o Conduct Daily Pre-operation Check & reports al damages & break down to the Operations Executive & maintenance Supervisor before commencing work o Loading & Offloading of Containers or Vehicles are done as per the standard time set. o Must regularly follow safety operating procedure o Safely do the put away & Picking as per the agreed strategy & instructions. o Ensure that order Picking & Putaway targets are achieved in normal working condition. o Carry out the physical Inventory of Stock o Conduct routine check of Materials & storage rack. o Report any damage to the property or to the materials immediately o Rectify wrongly placed pallets in the rack to avoid further damages o Ensure all times that lift cage is used in lifting the staff for inventory checking. o Ensure Good Housekeeping Cleanliness to the workplace & also to the equipment. o Any Handling damaged done during the process of put away or pickings should be reported
