Our client provides one of the finest security and biometric technology services to individual and corporate customers globally.
With a regional HQ in Dubai and 4 locations in the UAE and 2 in Africa, they have an ambitious plan to expand into 8 countries adding 34 new locations over the next 3 years. With the currentexponential growth they are scouting anoutstanding senior management professional with proven financial and administrative expertise.
Objective
The candidate will report to the CEO and support the Chief Executive in setting the overall strategic direction of the Group.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise the accounting and financial process to maximise business profitability
- Support the CEO in providing financial analysis to the board and potential investors.
- Experience of supervising administrative, operational and financial systems.
- Leadership skills to recruiting and mentoring a highly qualified team of professionals.
- Strong people skillsand experience in the development and management of small teams.
- Sales ability to encourage potential clients to subscribe to the service.
- Multi-cultural experience and the ability to work within different cultures and jurisdictions.
- Operational experience in starting new branches or companies.
Competencies,Skills and Qualifications
The candidate is expected to have the following competencies:
- The ideal candidate could be a qualified CA, CPA, CIA, CFA, MBA (Finance) or any financial equivalent qualification.
- Experience in the security industry is desirable but not essential.
Personality
Humility: You must be a very people person with the ability to get one on new with any customer.
Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor and motivate your team.
Ambition: Grow the business across 8 new countries.
Disciplined: Provide a high degree of respect and adherence to policies, procedures,law and compliance regulations.

5-8 years in senior management with experience in Business Development, Finance and Team Management
