Function as administration leader of our office within DMCC so will be the main point of contact to oversee employee records such as Visa, contracts, updates on records - DMCC portal and Visa portal handling in Dubai
- Cover some basic financial tasks like ensuring that supplies in the office are always checked, refilled, ordered, delivered and paid as well as processing payments of utility bills, etc.
- Handle front desk task so all incoming calls, walk ins are answered and directed to the correct person as necessary and quickly
- Perform documentation optimization thru helping the team’s tasks stay organized
- Optimize files through Dropbox or shared access on cloud within the office
