Manages, oversees and directs the Finance Team. Delegates financial authority at the levels assigned. Advises on the financial strategies for new and existing organizations within AMIRAL or its partnering organizations as required. Works on Mergers & Acquisitions / Start-ups and key issues with Senior Management / Board. Participates in the structuring of AMIRAL to meet the planned vision of the Company.
