Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines. Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including business development, support, service, marketing, customer success and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers expectations. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports and forecasts.Requirements Certification Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration equivalent. ITIL Foundation (preferred) Inbound Sales (must) Sales Enablement (must) Skills: Minimum of 7 years experience in enterprise sales or related position.
