Job Description

- Should be having full understanding on the Fulfilment, Billing and Assurance flows
- Should be having good knowledge in OSS and BSS flows
- Should be able to understand the Case studies and should be able to convert the same to requirements and business flows
- Should be having experience in the IT systems impacting business flows
- Should have experience in converting business requirements/problem statements to technical requirements
- Should be able to conduct the workshops , UAT execution and war room clarifications etc
