- Minimum of 5 years related experience in a senior operation position within the logistics / Courier industry.
- Prior experience in Courier business including domestic and international operations.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing people.
- Ability to implement Industrial Engineering Methodologies on the ground.
- Ability to conduct and understand data analysis.
- AutoCAD / Ms. Visio knowledge
- Ability to create a work environment that encourages creative thinking and the ability to maintain focus, intensity and persistence, even under adversity.
- Collaborative Leadership -Knows how to get things done through formal channels and the informal network while instilling a sense of purpose in others; sees a connection to larger purposes.
- Leading Change-Ability to develop and implement an organizational strategy and to incorporate it into the organization’s long-term goals.
