We are looking for:
HR officer who is enthusiastic to assist our HR department with administrative and HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
1- Creating policies and employee handbooks that detail company operations & policies
2- Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes
3- Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour.
4- Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
5- Preparing and sending forms to the employees
6- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
7- Gathering and filing and documentation all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
8- Detailing all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationals
- Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Have the ability to learn on the job in a rapidly changing environment.
- Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resource, communication or related field
- Program length: 12 weeks during the summer break
