Job Description

- Create a programme of test banks for all Telecommunications School Technical Training courses to meet the various telecommunications system in use with the Military Customer
- Use relevant technical course documentation and SME input for the design and development of appropriate technical assessments
- Assist with maintaining current AStrat for technical training and be prepared to assist in the development of technical LSpecs and ASpecs as required
- Develop, maintain and update e-learning technical assessment questions for use in Technology Enhanced Learning environment
- Ensure appropriate testing areas/rooms are made available to meet assessment requirements
- Conduct all technical e-learning and written assessments
- Utilise SME expertise to conduct technical practical assessments
- Maintain a database of assessment results for technical training
- Assist with InVal in accordance with the contractual requirements of technical training
- Assist with other InVal as required
