Batching Plant Operator

Batching Plant Operator is responsible for mixing ingredients to make concrete, transporting mixed concrete, maintaining and cleaning the batch plant, silos, mixers and distribution shuttles.

To perform the manufacture of the concrete as per specified type, quantity and schedule and maintain the batching and mixing equipment.

● Perform the daily manufacture of concrete as per required type, quantity and schedule

● Coordinate the delivery of all raw materials needed in daily operation and production of concrete.

● Keeps adequate inventory of batching materials.

● Prepare Daily Concrete Batch Reports.

● Always work safely and follow all established safety policies, including lock-out/tag-out procedures.
