Job Description Experience: At least 10 years, with a master's or bachelor's degree. Our Products : Furniture. Kitchens. doors. other wood products.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Plan and organize the daily production activities to meet production targets/delivery schedules and allotment of work Work closely with departments for process improvement & product quality assurance Monitoring the productivity of shop floor resources Ensuring the necessary, materials in the shop floor for the smooth workflow Ability to manage teams and lead several projects at the same time, and to handle pressure and tight deadlines Communicate with the Technical Dept. for the design/product clarifications to improve the effectiveness of production as when applicable Apply all safety procedures Achieve the production target as planned * Activities In details: Preparing the Production schedule based on the master planning file Ensuring the customer commitment as per the schedule and as well as periodical info obtained Ensuring the necessary raw materials, accessories components & consumables in time to execute the orders. Ensuring the machines are loaded without any idleness & they are utilized effectively For the expected idleness precautionary measures, co-ordination to be taken with management. Co-ordinating QC/ technical dept. to clear all the issues arising in production periodically in a quick manner. For all incoming rework / rejections, providing immediate corrective action / record / identify the preventive action Monitoring the machine breakdown & Updating of breakdown info in live status Daily production report to be reviewed. Review of employee job cards. Maintaining the shop floor tidy always Updating of all production records on a daily basis Studying the existing procedures and updating for productivity improvement on production-related activities. Maintaining a smooth environment for the workflow and focus on improving the positive working environment Ensuring the safety/training of all employees Reviewing the load to arrange Over Time before 2hrs of the closing of the shift. Updating of preventive maintenance info through Production report. Reviewing the attendance of production employees. Any machine in maintenance should have a signboard indicating the status. Monitoring the measuring instruments for their status and necessary updating for calibration periodically to be done. Maintaining the gangways and free. Ensure the operator job cards are fully accountable. Ensuring daily maintenance was done in practical and updated documents. Training of employees to give more awareness of their specific needs. Operator qualifications to be done for all operators (Authorized by manufacturer) Develop additional laborers to be trained on the machines and get ready to be an operator. Arranging/updating the employee's vacation plan in a professional manner and ensuring that their vacations are not overlapped and affected in production. Tools maintenance and updating the requirements for CNC / Conventional machines. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
