As a restaurant maintenance technician, your duties are to provide technical and facilities support for a restaurant.
Your responsibilities include performing building repair, troubleshooting problems with kitchen equipment, making adjustments to HVAC systems, and repairing other equipment, such as ice or soda machines.
You make daily inspections of the facility and respond to issues whenever customers or employees bring them to your attention. You also work with the restaurant’s general manager to make orders for replacement parts or equipment.
