- Develop and implement direct mail and telemarketing programs br Control the cost of all Hotel in house promotions which include room amenities br Control department expenses to achieve company objectives br Work with the department casino and hotel staff to ensure that players are offered true five star service br Develop and review employees on a regular basis br Write and present major casino marketing summaries including Casino Business plan br Oversee limousine service br Keep up to date with the competitions offers and promotions br Comply at all times with Hilton standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient Hotel and Casino operations
