Job Purpose:
You ll set the direction we need to deliver outstanding results. You ll focus on things like customer
strategies, business plans and relationship management. You ll keep our monthly sales results on track.
Being Growth Lead is like being the de facto owner of your vertical. This is the strategic and senior
managerial role, you will need to ensure that all sales/ growth operations in your zone are running
smoothly to achieve company s goals and targets. Not only are you responsible for growth, but you will
also oversee team building and talent development. At the end of the day, without the people, you will
not be able to improve your product or achieve your goals.

Job Description:
  • Own the sales strategy for your zone and lead its implementation.
  • Lead daily and monthly planning to ensure achievement of sales, revenue, engagement and profitability KPI targets for the assigned zone.
  • Responsible for accurate sales forecasting, developing and implementing field sales plan for the assigned zone.
  • Lead and drive the extended team. Coach, motivate and build direct sales force and develop talent
  • Drive the business to the desired ambition, underlying Market Share Growth/Volume Growth
  • Liaison with the logistics team to ensure timely distribution of orders in the assigned zone
  • Develop plans to win with customers and channels, making every store a growth engine for our brands
  • Manage key accounts and develop healthy working relationships with key customers


Requirements


  • Minimum Bachelor s degree from a top tier university.
  • Enterprising person with minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in an FMCG environment (Preferred) or should have worked in fast growing start-ups and dynamic teams in large organizations, ideally with a technology/financial services/consulting background.
  • Should have a hands on experience with data management/data analytics/performance management.
  • Capacity to understand all sales functional areas i.e. Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship and Distribution handling.
  • Strong Interpersonal, Communication & Presentation Skills, with sound understanding of Retailer Operations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical sense, sharp problem solver and ability to get things done.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop winning teams.
  • Born leader and passionate to drive initiatives from scratch.
  • Native in local language (Arabic) and fluent in English
