- Responsible for assembling or validating part of our all-electric vehicle whilst maintaining the use of standardized processes and working to the required cycle times br Identify any improvements to the following metrics SQDCPE safety quality delivery cost people environment br Ensure you follow industry standard health and safety guidelines br Support world class quality for our luxury vehicles br Ensure the following of working instructions and associated tasks br Support with achieving set production goals br Requirements br Interface well with internal customers br Experience in factory production environments br Good communication verbal and written skills br Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Kaizen 5S br Basic IT Literacy skills MS Office br Able to be flexible to work extra hours and react to assignments at short notice br General willingness to learn grow and develop
