Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate with the Site Manager on a regular basis in monitoring the progress of erection and finishing activities to ensure meeting the execution plan.
• Assess the potential risks and make suggestions to avoid them.
• Monitor the performance of the employees working on a site.
• Determine the environmental impacts of the project.
• Consider the health and safety measures during project execution.
• Implement various procedures and policies on the project.
• Preparing the progress, equipment, and manpower reports.
  
• Maintaining contemporary records of the works such as daily diaries to capture; the progress of the works, personnel present and work accomplished, resources applied and shortfalls, obstructions, deliveries, inspection, survey checks, testing, and instructions issued.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or relevant field.
• Understanding of Engineer design software such as Civil 3D AutoCAD etc.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
