- A proposal coordinator is responsible for establishing a company's guidelines, vision, and financial outline for completed proposals. The proposals are usually created with a timeframe, and many times you will be working with a team to complete the proposal before a deadline. Proposal teams can consist of as many as 50 people. Different sections of your team will work together to complete the proposal, each making individual contributions according to their skill set.
