TheBusiness Development Managerleads the end-to-end development of our associates pipeline inKSA. Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate and managing strategic partnerships and marketing deals that drive competitive advantage and customer delight, and support strategic objectives on a global basis. Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of partnerships and work with appropriate leaders across all functional areas of Cartlow to execute the relationships. Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team

Business Development Managerpossesses excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills. you are a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, superb attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You strive to answer business/marketing questions, you operate with minimal supervision and you work well in a cross-functional environment.

About The Team:

You will join our Commercial Team, whose mission is to engage customers in their online journey and influence their product discovery and shopping decisions. Cartlow Associates offers traffic diversity through thousands of sites that link to Cartlow through content that engages customers at all stages of the purchasing funnel from inspiration to research, price checks, discovering a deal, or subscribing to a service.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute the complete reverse supply chain ecosystem within the MEA region.
  • Identify the potential leads for the aftermarket solution requirement from the consumer electronics sector and convert them into account.
  • Facilitate a strong understanding of Reverse Logistics to push the existing RLS capability of the organization such as Trade-in & buyback, repair & refurbishment, Liquidation & Recycling, and Remarketing & Redistribution, and recommend new RLS programs.
  • Keeping a regular business review and performance & business development tracker for the existing and new business development.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving and revenue-driving opportunities for the RLS department within the organization.
  • Lead negotiations with key external partners and associates, delivering value to the partner and Cartlow.
  • Be the KSA single-threaded owner for marketing partnership and associates business development opportunities.
  • Own the execution of the partnership end-to-end from prospecting, negotiation, legal contract signing (working with the legal team), on-site marketing execution, creative management with the design team, accounting consolidation (with the accounting team), and reporting.
  • Build yearly and quarterly plans and forecasts for KSA partnerships.
  • Identify, recruit and manage associates accounts.
  • Track, measure, and report on channel results, reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.



Requirements

  • Native Arabic speaker, Fluency in English is A must.
  • +7 years experience in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles in the digital and/or e-commerce space.
  • Demonstrated ability to source, launch and expand complex partnerships.
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for solving problems.
  • Bachelor s degree..

Ability to work in fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills along with a proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
