Minimum 20+ years of related work experience in the engineering or construction industry.
Experience preferably on large scale civil construction projects
Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis
Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be effective in a fast-paced, demanding and lean environment providing quick yet accurate results with the ability to multi-task independently.
Knowledge and understanding of execution of cost management services; good planning, organization and communication skills essential.
Understanding of technical and non-technical documents related to cost management services required.
Expert knowledge Microsoft Office software program.
