- Minimum 20+ years of related work experience in the engineering or construction industry.
- Experience preferably on large scale civil construction projects
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions, which include cost estimating, cost control, and cost analysis
- Must be able to work under minimum supervision and be effective in a fast-paced, demanding and lean environment providing quick yet accurate results with the ability to multi-task independently.
- Knowledge and understanding of execution of cost management services; good planning, organization and communication skills essential.
- Understanding of technical and non-technical documents related to cost management services required.
- Expert knowledge Microsoft Office software program.
