An HR coordinator with excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal communication abilities is what were searching for. A conceptual thinker with exceptional organizational and time management abilities is demanded of an HR coordinator. You will be able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced atmosphere, and you will possess good administrative and IT skills.

HR coordinators must have excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities as well as a comprehensive understanding of employee relations, staffing management, and payroll in order to be successful. The best applicants will be excellent at handling disagreement, efficient at planning, and meticulous in the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees records.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
  • Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other assigned functions.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
